Executive Profiles
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Engr. Arinze Nnoka is the managing director and the chief operating officer of FELNITZ LIMITED. He holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka 1981. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) with registration no.04431 (1990). A COREN registered Engineer R.4222 (1990) and a corporate member of American Society of Civil Engineers. He has over 30 years of oil industry experience having worked for Shell Petroleum Development company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) for 20 years serving in various senior positions. He was an executive director in Brittania-U Nigeria Limited, a marginal field operator in OML 90 where he acquired extensive experience in offshore operations. He is bringing these experiences to bear in the operations of FELNITZ LIMITED.
PROJECT MANAGER
Engr. Maurice Uchenabo a young and energetic engineer is the project manager managing the day to day execution of FELNITZ LIMITED's activities.
He has over 13 years engineering experience in platform, piping and process fabrication and installation. He is highly skilled in planning, tendering, marketing and document control. He has a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a registered Engineer, a corporate member of Nigerian Society of engineers (MNSE- R22745) and also a COREN registered Engineer (R20849). He worked for VANDREZZER ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED where he managed the fabrication and installation of Akepo 1 platform and 15km pipeline. Other experiences as project manager include his work at TRANSCOASTAL NIG. LTD where he fabricated and installed the MEJI RISER for CHEVERON. He also managed the fabrication and installation of MEREN-X platform.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Lady Ada M. Nnoka is the company secretary of FELNITZ LIMITED.
She manages the fixed assets of the company including issues related to
corporate affairs, tax matters and legal issues in the company.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the
Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
She is highly experienced in public administration and personnel management.
MANAGER HEALTH, SAFETY , ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITY
Mr. Chinua Osakwe is the Health, Safety, Environment and Community Manager of FELNITZ LIMITED. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Microbiology from University of Uyo. He has over 10 years experience in HSE having worked as Safety officer for BOSKEL NIGERIA LIMITED as Safety officer from 2004 to 2007. He also worked for Bartels Nigeria Limited as Safety Coordinator from 2007 to 2010 and for FIKAJO Oil Services Limited as Safety Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. He joined FELNITZ LIMITED as Safety coordinator in 2011 and is currently the HSE Manager. He has undergone various trainings and workshops in HSE. He possesses the HSE levels 1 & 3 certification of Nigerian Institute of Safety professionals.
